This is a Browser Hijack. It will not remove in ordinary level windows, so you need to download a programme like AdAware SE Personal, set it up and download the latest definitions file, and then restart you computer, run it in safe mode so that no other background processes start up, and then run adaware in Safe Mode.

The reason it will not remove from your computer in normal situation is that it has a lock file which runs a self restarting process. You may also want to go to your start menu, click run and type msconfig in there. Go to your startup sheet, select diagnostic startup and go through the list, unticking anything on the machine which you either don't recognise or don't want to start when you boot.

If that doesn't help, you can email me through the site here and i will assist you as far as humanly possible.

There is a free spyware eliminator called Spybot Search and Destroy, but it sounds like you have already had one pull a trick on you.

If you go to Start > control panel>internet options> general

You will see at the top it says home page. They have probably used software to change that to that site as your home page, so that will always be the first thing that comes up.

By changing it to Google.com you can have a clean place to start and easy lookup, but your favorite place you want to start at will do as well.
