I like Sakura from Card Captors

If you mean "sexy" then I have no answer, but if you mean cute like kittens and schoolgirls, then the answer is obvious: Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura.
There are some other really cute characters out there, though (like most of Sakura's friends). A good runner up is Taruto from Magical Nyan-Nyan Taruto. I'm going into cute overload just thinking about them.

The Major from Ghost in the shell SAC is hottest, but she is a bit scary as she will break your leg without looking down. I don't really know about the cutest.

'Cute' girls in animes....hmm....
Cutest is probably either Suiseseki from Rozen Maiden (got to love her for saying 'desu' at the end of EVERY sentence) or Nyuu from Elfen Lied.
Of course, the problem with Nyuu is that if she is attacked violently or bumps her head she reverts back to Lucy, who is a psychotic and sadistic maniac with very much homicidal tendencies. I wont mention any of the gory details, but suffice to say you would not like to meet Lucy in a dark ally, good mood or bad!

It´s not actually anime, but it´s cartoon. It´s the girl that a cartoonist called Milo Manara draws, I don´t recall her name. Run a websearsh for drawings by Manara and you´ll see. Regards, Gabriel.

i would say the first one would be seras victoria from hellsing, second is Haruno sakura, third is Hyuuga Hinata, fourth is Ino
