Sure, this is how fraternal (non-identical) twins come about. The trick is having two egg cells available at the same time, which happens occassionally all by itself but more often is a result of fertility drugs.

It is impossible for more than one sperm to fertilize an egg. When one sperm enters an egg, a chemical reaction occurs in the egg's plasma membrane making it impossible for another sperm to enter. Twins are the result of one fertilized egg splitting to create identical twins. Simese twins result from an error in this splitting.

if you mean is it possible for a mother to have fraternal twins in her womb, then absolutely, it happens all the time.
Sometimes women release more thatn one egg naturally when they ovulate.
Generally there is more than one sperm there to greet an egg when it makes it's debut in the world, so I don't they would be too bothered by the appearance of a second egg.. so 2 eggs are fertilized by 2 different sperm.

If there are 2 eggs than 2 different sperm will fertilize them. When they are born, they are fraternal twins.

In the case of Twins its because two eggs are released at the same time instead of one. Identical twins come from one egg that divides into two seperate zygotes. (More information at the link below.)
It possible for fraternal twins to have different fathers, it’s on the medical record books. This official medical term for this phenomenon is heteropaternal superfecundation.

Yes, if you happened to ovulate twice. This is how you have non-identical twins (identical is when the ferilize egg splits). It's very rare for it to happen naturally, but obviously, it does happen. If you wanted twins, and the gene doesn't run in your family, ferility medication can cause you to ovulate more than once. Also, I have heard that eating yams can actually help you to ovulate twice (or more), but there is not much scientific proof of this. It's because they have a chemical in them that is similar to progesterone, which is the stuff that triggers ovulation

Fraternal - not identical twins.
They do not have the same DNA... they are just like 2 regular kids, sharing a room - (the moms uterus)
