They did this on mythbusters when looking into a myth that the teamster boss(Hoffner was his name I think) was buried in a us football stadium.
They used a pigs carcass and buried it in concrete. Several months later they tried to see if any imaging equipment would be able to locate the body, then they dug up the carcass.
There was a void in the concrete where the carcass had decayed and a really awful smell. I remember people where coming out of surrounding buildings or hanging out of windows holding there noses because of the stench

Well according to the experiment conducted on MythBusters, the body decays leaving a cavity in the concrete.

Many people have a misconception that a body will decay only because of organisms will intrude.
-
Things which "cause" the body to decay are already INSIDE US. We already have organisms living inside of us. While we are alive, our immune system keeps a balance when we die, the organisms take over.
-
Even people who have been buried in airtight, watertight caskets... WILL decay and you will find LIVING organisms inside the casket (if anyone opens it).
-
About sterlizing the body... well, i dont think you can ever sterilize INSIDE the boday (ie. in ur intestines).
SO, no matter what, our dead body (or any animals') will decay.

concrete are not water proof cos of the way it was casted
a large volume of concrete without rebar will have cracks
the decay will be noticeable once the fluid leakage occurs

the body would start to dissolve straight away because of the lime that is put in concrete is an irritant to skin so the body would become disfigured behind belief

it will decay, perhaps slower than normal but it will decay, unless the concrete is totally air tight and is totally sterilised as well as the body being sterilised

we'll know when the M4 flyover in London is demolished, as there are supposed to be plenty of 1970s gangsters buried in the pillars!
