www.google.com.ph is getting into my nerves! I use that Internet Options thing to get things back to normal. It did, but then the next time I open my Internet Explorer, it does it again.
If you have no answers, can you just tell me where to blog to complain about Google?

tools, internet options, change the default home page.
Download "Spybot Search and Destroy".
Run Spybot click mode, Advanced mode.
Click Tools (bottom left) make sure IE tweaks is ticked(in the right pane), IE Tweaks should now be an option in the left pane now,
click it, and enter your preferred start page, tick "Lock start Page".
Use this program also to get rid of all kinds of spyware. (File, Check for Problems) and remove that are all found.

You should be able to go to Tools, and then Internet Options. You will see a box for setting your home page.
If you change the home page there and it does not keep the new page, then you have a borwser hi-jack program on infecting your PC. Download and run a couple of the free spyware removers. Recommend Skybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-aware SE Personal. Both are free at http://download.com
