i have this like my trapezius muscle is hardening and it's like my neck has a packed of hard strand of muscles...sorry for my english...i'm not really good in english.

Ouch, that sounds painful. Have you sought chiropractic care? There is a lot they can do. If that isn't possible you may see if your doctor can prescribe muscle relaxers. In addition you can ice it, because it's not a new thing you can ice it as much as you want. You may need some physical therapy as well. You may want to try alternating between heat and ice.

If you exhaust all other areas you may want to see a pain management doctor. After a car accident, therapy, etc did not help I ended up having them do radio frequency treatment on the facet joint nerves, it made a world of difference. But if yours is muscle related you might not need anything that extreme.

An MRI can show you if there is muscle damage, speak to your doctor, there is no reason to suffer in silence.
