If it is just a standard atmospheric bed type burner there are only few real issues it could be.
1rst as others have suggested it could be the fan motor.
2nd it could be the fan limit switch. There is a temperature activated switch that brings the fan on when the temperature in the plenum gets warm. This switch also turns the fan off once the plenum has cooled.
Some units have individual fan and limits, some have combination. There is another temperature activated switch that should shut the burner off (high limit) if the temperature gets to high in the plenum.
If your furnace has air conditioning as well you can quickly check the fan simply by placing your thermostat fan switch to the on position. If the fan starts and runs the problem is in the limit switches.
If you do have Air Conditioning you also have a fan relay. The relay is operated by a 24v signal and transfers 110v to the fan motor.

I would bet that the motor in the blower has gone out. I just replaced mine 2 weeks ago. Turn the furnce off and see if you can spin the blower with your hand? If it turns hard or makes a noise, the bearings are out.

Your high heat sensor should be coming on though to turn the flame off since the blower isnt coming on. Might be time to call a certified repairman.

Check your blower. Must smoke quite bad without air. Supriced that your flame sensor doesnt cut out the flame. Might have to check for a stucked fuelsolenoid too.
