Definitely not. First, he's been incarcerated and cannot function in society. How can he possibly support, or even help to support the child when he's an inmate? Even when he is released (if he is), how will he find a job that is suitable to support a child? Further, how can he help raise the child while in jail? Finally, the child will say..."Daddy's in prison." Great role model for the kid.

No! why can't he wait until he is released. Would this man really want the mother of the child to introduce the child to its father from behind bars!!

I had an uncle in Attica Prison years ago. I called him Uncle Inmate 4966774. Anyway, he got conjugal visits with his wife and she cranked out 3 "welfare" babies which the NY State taxpayers got to support. My uncle got more sex than the average married guy who wasn't in prison.
