i have always had really good skin and never have spots. always had the same healthy diet so why would they just appear after years of eating the same things? is it something to do with my age? i am 34

Not having stated your age there is not really enough to go on.
In general, to improve your skin drink a lot of water -- and eat cruciferous vegetables like broccoli as well as highly pigmented (colored) ones like carrots, beets, and so forth.
It's also good to get out there and jog about so that you break a sweat. Some environmental pollutants (like benzene) are only released through the sweat.

Same thing was happening to me a while back. I thought it was mosquitoes, but then it was too cold and I got another one. Could it be a spider?
Could be a number of things, but since you know there's nothing in them, please resist the temptation to squeeze them. Squeezing them creates puss and swelling just from irritating the spot. This doesn't happen if you don't squeeze. If it's happening often, a visit to the dermatologist might be able to rectify it quickly. Good luck!

Maybe you should change your diet, washing powder or beauty products? Most likely the diet. They say you are what you eat ;-)

Hi,
I would see a doctor, as i see this quite frequently. Maybe a allergic reaction to a food you may have tried recently.....but there are so many reasons why.
Good luck

i had the same problem, it was a hormone imbalance. it may be worth going to your gp to discuss it. your problem may not be the same as mine but a quick blood test could give you the answer. to combat the spots i used sudocrem, available from any good chemist. worked a treat

my skin went weird like that in my 30s - turned out it was a reaction to white bread!!! I bet its a new allergy or reaction to something like that in your diet

Best to see a dermatologist, but...meantime, are you eating more eggs than usual? This seems to be a phenomenon of an allergy to eggs.

I had the same, out of blue. Tried ZINERIT, and it helped. You do not need any prescription.
