Your Mom needs to take you to the doctor. You could do further damage with your physical activity. My son just recently went through physical therapy for a pain that came and went but increased with movement. The team doctor for football cleared him, but when we followed up with our doctor we found he had a bone contusion. He went through physical therapy and is ready to get back, stronger and healthier.

There is no way to tell what is wrong without seeing a doctor. I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but I have to say it concerns me she won't take you to the doctor. Can you talk to your cheerleading coach? Explain to her how much pain your in perhaps your Mother will listen to another adult.

I hope she will take you to the doctor soon. In the meantime you should take some anti inflammatory over the counter medication like advil or motrin, something with ibuprohen (since it's an anti inflammatory) Alieve might be best, taking it daily as directed and see if it helps over time with reducing the pain that could be caused by inflammation. You can also use ice.

Your wrist takes a beating with the cheerleader pyramid and the gymnastics, it could very well be rsi.
