What makes you certain that these cramps are not menstrual cramps? It is possible that your cycle has changed.
Otherwise, I would guess indigestion, flu or pregnancy. Unfortunately with a vague question comes a vague response. Would be helpful to know more so that you can expect more accurate and helpful replies.

yea i do get cramps too right under my diaphragm ,it is sometimes caused by poor circulation to the muscles and swimming in cold water.try eating diet rich in vitamins and minerals ,like wholegrain cereal butter milk ,yogurt etc...and try avoiding high cholesterol.

lay on your back and raise your legs up and bend your knees that they are by your chain,then hold your legs like you are hugging them ,keep hugging your legs for about 2Min's try this 2 times it helps you get Rudd of your clamps

if u get cramp you shoud strech it off. i get it all the time after i have been surfing and sometimes while surfing becasuse i havent streched rigtht
