Walcott has played poorly in many matches and is often selfish but because he is English the fans love him. I am an arsenal fan and after watching his poor performance in the 6-3 hammering of liver, I am a bit disappointed. He still has a lot of work to do to be a good player but many fans think that he is a great. He hasn,t scored yet and he needs tie to settle in.

Nah....I don think he is overated at all. Theo is young and have not played that much yet. Given time, I am sure he can be better. If you are a true Arsenal fan as you said you are, be patience with his abilities to perform great, he need time to develope them.....('',) I am sure he can be the future of Arsenal someday.

Rooney is not overrated. Period. He is a kind of player any league and national team would die for. He has the gut, skills and team spirit. He wins balls, assists goals, defends and SCORES. If you are saying that he is not playing as he usually does. YES. So what? There are always times when players don't find themselves in the scoring list. Why does this applies to Rooney in a different way? But Theo Walcott? Give me a break.

Rooney is not overated, Walcott is just a young lad at a major club, you have to give him time. In 3 or 4 years you can judge him but let him get on with his apprenticeship. As an Arsenal fan you should give him more respect, as you did when the great Bergkamp came, and he also took time to adapt.
