I have no idea what an ignorance people looks like so I really wouldn't be able to define one. Or did you mean ignorant people? The way they look would be just like the way anyone else might look since being ignorant has nothing to do with the way you look. Or if you mean by the way they may dress well it would all depend what they were ignorant about . They could be ignorant about politics and still dress like someone who was very well informed.
