I think it all depends on what you like to do, is it museums or shopping or art. Have you been to Camden, there are some great shops and and has an amazing atmosphere, go on a Sunday when all the markets and shops are open. There are some great restaurants too. From there you can go up to Hampstead which is about 15 mins, take a walk on the Hampstead Heath and admire the gorgeous houses lol.
If not the sales are still on in Oxford street and you can grab some bargins.
Have you done Greenwich, these the Maritime Museum and the park which is lovely, aslo Greenwich Market where you can spend some time and there are lots of restaurants over there.
The Tate Modern is amazing and when over that side of the river you have the aquarium and the London eye.
Theres also a ghost walk you can do through the centre of London at night, which is supposed to be quite good and very different from the usual London Attractions.
Hope this gives you a few ideas.

London has some amazing markets - Camden (for clothes and people watching), Portobello (antiques), Borough (food), Spitalfields (jewellery and fashion - but closed Sundays) and Greenwich. Covent Garden is expensive and touristy but the street performers are sometimes worth watching.
The London Silver Vaults are great to wander around.
The Tate Modern has - until April - some giant slides that look great fun!
There are ice rinks around (Somerset House, Tower of London, etc) for a little while longer.
Chinese New Year celebrations are on the 18th Feb in Soho if that coincides with your visit.
Does that help?!

Night life is always good around camden, islington, highgate or soho in central london. There is an outside skating rink in Somerset House.
Depends what type of entertainment you are after.
For best up to date info visit www.thisislondon.co.uk or buy a copy of the evening standard when you are here.

Have you been to Sir John Soane's Museum? My
museum friends recommend it.
Also, come summer, buy yourself a box lunch from some nice shop, then go down to the dock near Westminster (please double check these directions) and take the boat up the Thames to Kew Gardens. It is a lovely trip, especially if you like botanical gardens... I think there is a glass house there too. Whole trip not expensive.
