A one legged man as he could always lean on something or have a false leg where as having a false arm wont have the power in in.... but then saying that, im presuming that both people are the same weight and height etc? other wise it would be unfair if you had a one armed man who is 6ft 8in and built like the hulk facing a one legged man who is only 4ft 6in and was skinny.... sorry, just thinking outside the box

If neither of them were with prostetics, the one armed man would win because the man still has balance. It would also depend on whether or not the one legged man has a prostetic leg. It's up in the air, both have a disadvantage.

One armed man has the advantage. A one legged man would lose his balance too easily and two legged man would be able to dance around him. If he wanted to dance around him.

If it's kicking - The one armed man. The other wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
If it's punching - The one armed man. Because he fought in the army. He is well trained in un-armed combat. So if things get really tricky,,,,, ;)
