My friend have four second trimester miscarriages in four years.Previously doctors told many reasons of infections e.g. TORCH,TSH,CHROMOSONAL,LNA,LCA etc. But there was no reasons among them.Now an infertility expert is suggesting some tests on first & third day of m.c.The problem is that all of sudden sac comes out & bleeding starts afterthat in few hours without pain.The infertility & Ultrasonic expert is not agreeing with incompetent cervix theory at all. Kindly help her by providing clues & remedies of the problems. Serious answers are solicited please.

Seek the help of a perinatologist they go above and beyond the infertility and OB/Gyn doctors. They can even do fetal surgery. And cervical incompetency is common for them. They also do multiples, etc. I had them with my fourth pregnancy and my baby and I would not be here today without them.

You might also consider reposting the question but stating my friend has a recurrent miscarriage problem, many people will not read your entire question and assume your friend is having multiple abortions (terminating the pregnancy on purpose) not the spontaneous abortion you meant, unfortunetely many people don't know that is another term for miscarriage.

She may need some hormone to carry her through the early part of pregnancy. Also could be a immunological problem.
Have her take (cold Pressed) wheat germ oil in capsule according to the bottle recommendation. Along with a centrum multiple vitamin. Break the vitamin in half so it will digest. Your friend might seek another infertility Dr for another opinion. That you named are unusual things. TORCH is a variety of viruses. The others can be ruled out too. Incompetent cervix is usually short cervix. Most cerixes are about 2 cm in length. If the cervix in congenitally short it can cause a problem. Also if your friend uses street drugs can cause miscarriages. Which you would have mentioned if she were using them. Best advice is go to another fertility specialist and have a fertility work up. The wheat germ oil is a good to take anyway. My mother in law had two babies who were still born and her Dr had her take wheat germ oil and she had 10 more children without problem. The vitamins in the wheat germ oil help with strengthening the blood vessels.

It does sound like Incompetent Cervix. She needs to find a new doctor. She may need to be on complete bedrest. I lost a baby girl at 21 weeks back in Aug due to this and next time I get pregnant I have to go in around 14 weeks to have the cervical stitching done.

nothing bus ZINC deficiency, consult doctor n take tablet of 0.75ps, she will b pregnent in 3 months
