Hello,
I'm sure your fine... Its normal to have little pains as long as they don't become really bad... If your really that worried, go and see your doc. Have you spoken to your partner? I think if you haven't you should. He should be able to help you through this.

I understand completely, i was sooo scared about my pregnancy at first but your body goes through all sorts of changes the cramps/twinges you will be feeling in your stomach will be your uterus broadening for more room for the baby to grow, i am 29 weeks pregnant and have only just started to get a bump but feel allsorts of different twinges in my stomach especially now the baby is moving, you will probably feel more at ease after your next scan, seeing the baby is fine etc, i know it is hard to put these thoughts at the back of your mind because it always possible but if you ensure you are eating properly and not doing too much you should be fine,
I wish you all the best of luck in starting your familly - mummy!!

hey MUM!
Dont worry. i know how excited and nervous you must be all at the same time. Your first is your first and you dont know what to expect which is the excitement of it all! -and the scary part!
Dont fear the worst, you will have a beautiful baby! Losing your baby, the chances are low. Just keep yourself healthy and in a healthy state of mind and youll do great. You will probably start to settle down a bit after youve had your 18-20 week ultrasound where they check/tell you that your baby is normal and everythings okay.
I wish u all the best, congrats! Fingers crossed you dont get morning/all day sickness, like i did! That is the worse part!

Yes this is normal as your body is stretching to accomodate the baby and you may feel some cramping.
My best friend is currently going through the same thing, she is now 20 weeks pregnant, but she was paranoid when it happened to her and when she had her OB appointment they did a quick check of the baby and told her everything was normal and this was quite common.
Hope this puts your mind at rest and a huge congratulations to you and your partner!

Try to relax! Having seen the heartbeat makes the chances of miscarriage drop dramatically. I had the same fears while I was pregnant and found a great website that has tons of great info and allows you to talk to other woman who are due around the same time as you. Check it out at:

Congrats on your pregnancy and try to stay positive. :)

Hello and congratulations. I have heard that you can get this pain around the time you are due to have your period, and it is normal. Please don't stress over it or it will make it worse. Your mind is such a powerful tool. If you think negative, negative things will happen. Put your feet up and enjoy the experience, as its the best thing that will ever happen to you.
