Oh I totally agree!!!!! Its so awkward - particularly when you're sat there with wet hair all over the place like a drowned rat - I tend to look everywhere BUT the mirror in front - which in retrospect probably makes me look really nosey, but I HATE when they say, now take a look and then proceed to put a mirror both behind your head as well as in front!! Arrrrrrghh!!!!! xx

I find it strange and pointless for the first part of the appointment. Then about halfway through I find it important and I don't care what anyone thinks because an error at the 2nd half could be disastorous.

very - especially as Ive a big head it always looks extra big in their mirror compared to the tiny headed hairdresser

Its horrible seeing yourself look an utter mess whilst the hairdresser is cutting your hair.
Ive got my hair appointment this afternoon.....The hairdresser talks too much. I find it annoying!!

I have to take my glasses off when I'm getting my hair done so I can't even see into the mirror. I just talk away.

I hate it too. I think the lighting is naff too cos I always manage to pick out loads of faults with myself after getting my hair done! lol

Its awful, you face starts to look funny and wrong, its like saying the same word over and over, it starts to not make sense

yes i hate it, its embarrassing, and its so bright in them places that the mirrors make me look awful! i had mine done last week, and tryed to keep looking around elsewhere haha
