It would be two hours if you were driving in the middle of the night. Realistically, you're going to be looking at closer to 3 hours or more. Traffic around Los Angeles is unavoidable in morning, noon or night. Doesn't matter if it is the weekend or not. San Diego traffic is bearable unless you're coming during the week between 5:30 am and 9 am or 3 pm and 6:30 pm.
Side note, it also depends on where at in the two cities you'll be coming from. San Diego is one of the United States' largest counties, over 100 miles in area. It takes a good 45 minutes to drive from downtown San Diego through the northern part of San Diego.

It's roughly 2 hours. But passing through Los Angeles (coming from San Diego) can take about an hour itself if you hit the almost unavoidable traffic.
Traffic in San Diego isn't bad except around rush hour. But regardless, once you're in San Diego, you can reach most destinations within 20 minutes.

Roughly 2 hours, it's about 120 miles, but depending where at in LA you are going it could take longer. Once you get into LA you will hit a lot of traffic, especially around Hollywood and the beach cities.

About 90 miles. But its so built along the route today, you hardly notice leaving one city and entering another.
