I don't know if that it is true. I have found that most eldest siblings are usually the responsible ones and the youngest are the most irresponsible, thus there would be more youngest sons in jail. Just a thought.

Only the authorities will know.These days,parents tend to take more care of their second-born or later sons as they think that the kids are less independent and therefore, needs more handling.Meanwhile,the older kid will not have much time with his or her parents and will be lead astray.

I can understand your thought on this.
But, it's not accurate.
I know that most parents, including myself, were harder on our first-borns, due to lack of skills.
But, with many apologizes and understandings. The first born act "older" than their siblings, and understand their parents mistakes better.

well my oldest brother been to jail alot more times than my other two brothers.
