put your knee over the ball when striking it and practice. if you watch goalkeepers taking goal kicks, the positioning of your left foot is important as to allow you to get your knee above the ball and continue with your kick.

u just have to think about football or passing or shooting the ball into the goal.While shooting u should'nt think about anything except for the above mentioned things.While shooting u should concentrate all energy into shooting the ball.

Lots of practise,and if you're still growing,you should get stronger,which will help with distance.Another tip,sometimes practise with your weak foot,i wish i did!
