You can do lots of things. You could try a desensitising cream.
You may also have a medical condition which you need to consult with your doctor about.
It is a common problem- there is nothing wrong with you per se.
Don't stress- it's happened to the best of us- just the cowardly ones won't admit it.
If it persistent- you may need to consult your doctor, but in the meantime- give you and your willy a rest. All will be healed.
Trust me.

You need to numb the head of your penis. The Pharmacy will have a gel you can buy near where they keep the condoms. Also you can try using two condoms at the same time to dull the sensation.

I have heard that baby orajel, for teething can be used to help numb the head, but talk to the pharmacist first.

There are several methods of "training" that can be used between you and your partner. Go to a reputable book store and find a book on methods for preventing premature ejaculation. Consult a sex therapist, or go to your family physician. Focus more on foreplay, and make sure that you please your partner first, they will be more willing to assist in the "training" process if they aren't left hanging with the feeling that they need to have an orgasm, and they haven't been satisfied. Good Luck!!
