Your question makes no sense. There is no "full form" of the word Computer. It is not an acronym.

Computer
Technically, a computer is a programmable machine. This means it can execute a programmed list of instructions and respond to new instructions that it is given. Today, however, the term is most often used to refer to the desktop and laptop computers that most people use. "Computer" isn't an acronym, so it doesn't have a "full form". People have tried to make up acronyms based on it, but that is not where the word originates. The word simply means "something that computes".

The origin of word computer is from a latin word:
It means 'working (something) out together'.
'com' or 'c u m' is Latin for 'with' or 'together with', and 'putare' means to settle an account, consider or work out.
