I know it will vary a lot depending on how hard its raining, but I really have no idea at all. So even if the number is an average it would help.

depends how much its raining but id guess its somewhere between 0.000000000000001 and 100%

Do you mean what percentage of the air is raindrops? For instance if you took a cubic metre of air when it was raining, how much of it would be liquid water? If that is what you mean it would be less than 1%.

1% for an average rain
20% is heavy rain

depends on temp. and barometric pressure that the cloud is in at the time or wether its changing from one zone to another as say in wind movement , but in most cases its about 4%
