The eye power get reduced due to deficiency of vitamins
It is advisable the following:
(A) Use Vitamin Tablets
(B) Use Carrots and Apples in Ur meal daily.
(C) Walk bare footed on green grass Early morning.
(D) Do eye rotation exercise daily.
(E) Drink lots of water.
(F) Avoid watching television too close.
(G) Maintain routine of waking and sleeping.
(H) Use Kheera thin layer on Ur eyes (Just place it and lay down) whenever u feel Ur eyes are tired.
(I) In the meanwhile always use the glasses ur doctor has prescribed.

You must have carrots (not cooked) in your daily diet and apples too. Eye rotational exercise helps a lot, you must start with five minutes of exercise and gradually increase it to 30 minutes. Also, early morning walks especially bare footed on the green grass is adviced by doctors. You might try. Regular eye check ups and proper eye glasses also helps in reducing eye power. All the best

EYE POWER or LENS POWER?
Practise TRATAKA execise in YOGA therapy, for ten to fifteen minutes every morning. Read about Dr, Bates' method for eye exercises and avoiding spects.Walk on green fields or watch soothing scenery.

600/400 doesn't make a lot of sense in relation to how well your eyes can see. Could you add something more here? What do you mean by eye power ? Who /how has made this measurement?

Did you mean the power of the spectacles. If i am correct in understanding than what you have to do is eat lots of carrots, do eye exercises like starring at the flame. Remove your spects and do eye exercises like vertical, horizontal, diagonal and circular movements.You can try Ayurvedic treatment. Try not to strain your eyes. Keep cucumber slices over your closed eyes to relax.

REDUCE WATCHING TV , WHENEVER YOU SIT ON COMPUTER ALWAYS WASH YOUR EYES AFTER EVERY HALF AN HOUR... ASK YOUR DOCTER TO GIVE SOME EYE DROPS,AND DONT SLEEP IN IN PROPER WAY .. AND LAST ASK YOR DOC TO TEACH SOME EYE EXERSIZE
