The only other option is the Internet, or illegally off the street but then they are expensive, and probably fake anyway. Your screwed, or guess not if you need Viagra. lol. Just kidding. Been there done that. Viagra I mean. Why don't you want to use a credit card? Don't want it on your statement. Afraid of being traced? Or just don't have one. No prob. Use a debit card.
