Hi there. Normally, where you are, you can not change your IP address, however, u can use web services that can mask your IP by surfing the internet thru their servers. For what reasons, I won't ask. Here are some ways of doing it.

By using an anonymizer or proxy servers.

Note: These options don't work all the time and there are risks attached to using these services, use at your own risk. Also, some secure servers won't allow u to use anonymous ips for security reasons.

yes i am doing it now. in asia bla bla.. follow other useres sites given on proxies you can get proxies that are free and some are costly. i use free ones. simply get the proxy # on internet explorer click tools then internet options, then connection tab then lan settings is close to bottom, then enter your rpoxy etc.. in the boxes given click apply and you done. good luck..

There is but why do you want to know? Just curious or trying to get away with something not entirely legal? It would be unethical to disclose it if that were the case.
