And my telephone has not worked properly since I had it installed. I went without phone or broadband for a week over christmas. All you can do is keep complaining.

Alternatively go to their website and you will be invited to fill in a survey - fill it in using this as a way of complaining. Dont try to complain any other way from their website because after filling in all the details there is no 'send' button.
