since i had bt home hub cf4c in august.i have had nothing but problems with it.loosing connections allthe time.i have move it nearer to the router.but nothing works.i also am having big problems with belkin wireless.it crashs all the time.and maes the computer mess up.and can not get any acess to the internet.dose any one know how i can contact bt broadband-belkin direct.try the number for belkin on there cd but the line keeps going dead.or it is already dead.i am at my wit end with both of then.so any information.would be greatful.has cost me a lot of money.taking the computer.back and forth to the computer shop.and i dont have the money i am out of work because of chornic illness.i have worte to both of then but still waiting a reply

Wireless connections can be impossible to sort out ...

Unless you spend a lot of time moving your computer from one place to another (or like to use a Laptop in bed or in the garden), I suggest you run an Ethernet Cable direct from your 'Home Hub' to your PC.

Log onto Bt Broadband help internet website, they're going to deliver a server with the help of your ethernet cable and help you as you properly set up your position community. The operator takes over your pc from Bt's end and they do all of it in favour of you - it is 24 hours service too.
