Look at the sky, the ocean. Walk into the woods and smell the dampness and look at the trees that have lived for so long; despite mankind's want to change the woods.
Look into the eyes of a small child, or your Mom and Dad. See how they have loved and let live. The innocence's of a small child and the endurance of nature.
With all of that we should be happy! Life doesn't have to be so damned serious all the time. Remember the first time you got a balloon, or the first time you saw a frog jumping in the woods. Look at life as it should be. Beautiful.

know we are here and now but that the body is but a tool ,a suit we were sewn into to allow the flesh incarnation in the realm of freewill and materialism

when you revieuw your life make sure theres a joke or two to break the routine ,stop and smell a flower ,stop to console a poor person ,be kind to your self and others ,keep busy with things you have a druiving passion to do
