1. Apologise and hug them and tell them your truly sorry.
2. Assure them that you are working through your angerr issues.
3. Get some counceling and find out where this anger is coming from and resolve that area of your life.
There is allways a reason why the anger is there. You need to find out what that is and work though it.
Working though issues can be a hard thing but its well worth it!!

I'm sorry isn't that hard to say . Remind them you have a short temper and it's something you're going to have to work on and you hope your outburst wasn't too hurtful.
You really had to ask this on Yahoo Answers???? This is just common sense and genuine courtesty.

Start with "I am Sorry" and go from their. If you are truly sorry, the words will come. Sometimes words are not what is needed most. Sometimes, starting with an "I am sorry for what I have done. Can you forgive me?" and then a hug works wonders. Remember to ask for forgiveness. It is humbling, but necessary.

Just do it! :-)
Just walk up to the person and tell them that you are very sorry for yelling at them and for your behavior.
When you apologize though, never add anything like this..
"I'm sorry I yelled at you, BUT you shouldn't have done blah blah blah.."
Just leave it to "I'm sorry for ________"
And for now on, try to remember how badly you felt after this short temper and maybe you will be able to control it the next time.
Best wishes and God bless!

Very simple. Since they are very close to you, I presume they know you very well. All you have to do is to say "Sorry" and ask them to give you time to learn to change yourself. I am sure that they will be more than happy to see slow changes in you.

Take them out for a really nice meal, they choose the restaurant and you pay the bill. Talk is cheap so put your money where your mouth is.
