Put camomile tea bags in the fridge after you've used them and in the morning put the tea bags on your eyes. The coolness of the bags will reduce the swelling and camomile is a calming herb, so will also be good for the sensitve skin around the eyes!

Hi there, you need to be drinking plenty of water to rectify that problem. Eyes suffer like the rest of your body: - poor diet, not enough sleep and not drinking enough fluids. It may seem old fashioned but chilling out on your own can help.. put some sliced cucumber onto your (two onto each lid) eyelids for a few mins everyday. if you have more time, treat yourself to a face pack and then put the cucumber on. Relax with some lovely music and candles! Drink some herbal tea and unwind. Ciao xx

i also have the same prob as i have to wake up early in the morning n no matter wht, i can't sleep at about 8 or something. So, along with cucumber slices, tea bags for ur eyes...i would advise you to use makeup to take away attention from your undereye area where thr r bags. Try highlight your upper eye area using eyeliner...mascara...leave the bottom lashes bare so that light reflect the upper area n ur undereye area looks more firm n pulled. I've tried it n i really feel more confident at work now. Hope this helps!

thats a problem that i have too since i always sleep late. and one thing that ive been doing that really does work and takes away the puffiness is to keep milk in the fridge overnight, and when you wake up the next morning, dip the cotton into the milk and keep it over your eyes for at least 15 minutes. the longer you have it over your eyes, the better the effects!

spreading egg white over eyes helps flatten the skin, for extra bonus, you could spread the egg white all over your face. And, don't drink water before bedtime, I used to always and every morning, it was the same puffy eyes, and then when i stopped, the swelling seemed to has lessened.

cold green tea bags are excellent! Pop a used teabag in the fridge for several minutes, put on some soothing music, cover your eyes with the cold teabags and relax for ten minutes.
