i was told you can do one up to two weeks of conceiving? but i don't think you can get a preg test that will do it that earyly from the chemist?

Your period should be 2 weeks after ovulation, and that would be when you got pregnant, so many tests can confirm a pregnancy as early as the first day your period is due. Ignore the person below. Even a blood test at the doctor's office will not pick up the pregnancy hormone until at least 10 days after sex because it takes 7-10 days for the egg to implant in the uterus after it is fertilized.

As soon as possible you can have sex today and the following day you can go for pregnancy test.
and again it depends if you are on pills it won't take long for you to get pregnant.(birth control )
