Yes it is possible to get a girl pregnant if she was wearing panties. Unless they were made out of rubber or latex, they would not stop sperm. It is unlikely that she got pregnant, but it is possible.

Yes you can get a girl pregnant by humping her outside her panties. All it needs is for the seaman to soak through her panties and only a few of those little suckers swim up her vagina. That is why you should carry rubbers. Put them on before you get that penis any where near a girl as the precum that starts to come out when you get excited also carried sperm in it and can get a girl pregnant. purely sperm can fertilize an egg. as long as no fluids out of your penis enters her vagina then there is 0 threat that she will exchange into pregnant from something which you do. Dry humping is "dry" meaning no fluids are exchanged interior the way I defined above so the respond is "NO!".

slim chance but yes. It is ALLWAYS possible. Nothing is 100% safe, not even condoms. Not only could you have gotten her pregnant, you could have given or gotten some sexually transmitted diseases.
