i really loved this guy who was senior to me in school but we both never expressed our feelings and then he passed out of school.Later i came to know that he was hanging out with the most popular girl of our school.After this i completely eradicated his thoughts from my mind and heart.But i had to change my school.Now i m left with no friends and the thoughts of my senior disturbs me.Im in a mess.I feel very depressed and losing my confidence.Can anyone help me out of this mess

Everybody does this to themselves they get all down & out & the further down they go the worse out they get. i do it too. when i'm my best i look back to when im upset & i think why? it really isn;t that bad. but when i am down. i feel like i want the world to swollow me. have confidence in yourself. n if you need just to let your feelings out. send me aan email anytime!!

You need more than just a friend from the internet!
Is there a school counselor that you can see? Find out if there are after school activities or maybe volunteer at your local hospital, food bank, or humane society. You will meet new people there and possibly make new friends.
You could also attend a local church. Find one that has programs for teens. That's a great way to meet new friends and hopefully they will be actual God fearing people who will accept you with open arms.
