Having watched "It started with Swap Shop" over Christmas, I understand Tony Hart (Morph, Vision On etc) is suffering from ill health.

I know he's suffered a number of strokes so maybe it's ill health due to that

Tony Hart sadly died on the 8th January this year.He was 81 years of age.
If you look up Tony Hart in Wikepedia under his photo it states Born 15/10/25 in Maidstone Kent.Died 8/1/07.
Occupation Painter.
To Hotpink 55.I do hope that you are correct.I answered Thomas T's question in all good faith 4hours ago after looking up Tony Hart in Wikepedia.It categorically stated that he died on the 8/1/07.I have since looked it up again and noticed that the obituary has been retracted.Therefore this an error on Wikepedia's part.

Sorry but 'the gunners' is wrong about that. His Wikipedia page doesn't have a date of death at all - not does his imdb page. It does say that he is suffering ill health, but he definitely hasn't passed away yet. Let's hope he has a speedy recovery.

I don't think he died, I just looked on his website and it doesn't say anything. But it also doesn't say when it was last updated, either.
I also loved Morph and Vision On as a kid.

Oh no loved the guy got me into art when i was young child.....enjoyed moph...aswell.....(p.s my grandad served under him in the second world war......a bloody good officer by all accounts)
