Let's get this straight. There's a TV show somewhere where people ask for money and the show takes away what little they have left and gives it away. So?
Whatever it is you want to know, there's one thing I can say for sure --- the show will not last long.

SHould there be a bit more explanation to this question. What did you need to know. If it is how they get the money to give away then just check on how much it costs to apply. Think you will find the answer there as usually £1 plus mobile costs.
