Cow Matting is large rubber mats which farmers use as flooring in the milking parlours etc they wash down easy and are hygienic. Horsey people also use them as stable flooring to ease the cost of bedding as they can be used on their own or with shavings/straw or paper. They are spongy so are softer for the animals to walk and lay on.

My dear cow matting is when you put the bulls in a field of hefiers for they can mate. You will have one bull for each pasture of heifers you own, they have sometime to do their breeding.I own 1500 black angus heifers, and 8 bulls. We put our bull in on Jan.1 and they have until Mother's Day to do their job.I also have babies ,that I raise from hands on training, when the mother will not accept them or when the mother dies.I hope I gave you what your looking for,if not I apolgize, but if it's what you were seeking
then all is well,if you need more info.on cows,I'll be happy to help anytime.

Do you mean.... mating? In cows it is called 'breeding'... IE: Sex.
If you meant cow matting ---it's stall mats. It is made of black rubber and goes over the floor of the stalls in the barn. IE: bedding of some sort and generally keeps clean by washing the floors. It's also used for horses and I do use them in my goat barns as well.
