The Browns need to draft good players no matter WHERE they are from. OSU players would be cool, but it doesn't mean they would be the best picks.
As for the Super Bowl, I sure hope so! But I'm not holding my breath. I've waited too long and seen them get so close only to come up short in spectacular fashion.

I think every "Dawg" has it's day, and sooner or later (probably later) they'll get to the big dance. Then again, I'm a Detroit Lions fan, and they've only won ONE LOUSY PLAYOFF GAME in almost 50 years!
As per your OSU comment.. I think pro football teams don't take "hometown pride" into the equation so much when drafting a player.. I think they will always take the best player available, irregardless of where that player might hail from. However, I think if they were choosing between two closely rated players, and one of them happened to be a local boy, they'd probably opt for the local. Football is, first and foremost, a business, and a human interest story like that will sell tickets. But, a winning team will ALWAYS sell more tickets than a team full of lousy local players, so they will always take the guys they think give them the best shot at winning.

Well, remember the ORIGINAL Browns did go to the Super Bowl...unfortunately, they were called the Ravens by then...maybe Cleveland Browns has some kinda jinx on the name.

Statiscally speaking they should make it sometime. Because of their poor record the they get a ealier draft number and a chance at better players.

Yeah one day. Though it could be several years. They're bound to make it SOME TIME. Only a few teams haven't (they're one of them). Could be 10-20 years though...or more...

they might make it one day but if they play any of the really good teams they really have to try hard.they might make it 50 years from now.
