I have a friend who had intercourse earlier today and her bf accidentally came inside her. She knows there are ways to kill the semen but she doesn't know what they are. She's in college and only 18, a baby would ruin her life.

She needs to get the Morning After Pill aka, Plan B, as soon as possible. It is available over the counter. You can get it at your pharmacy, Planned Parenthood, or a women's health clinic

ADDITIONAL INFO: hey, I tried to respond to your email, but it won't go through because your email address is "unconfirmed." Here is the answer to your question:
It generally costs between 25-30 at a pharmacy. If you go to Planned Parenthood, it is usually cheaper or free. You an even call around to local health clinics or the dept of health to find a cheaper price. The pill will be most effective if she takes it today. It becomes pretty ineffective after 3days. If she definetly does not want to be pregnant, she should take it today. Email me back if you have any other questions.

Douche but do not do it with a lot of pressure or the sperm are forced into the womb. Of course speed is essential . Sperm swim very fast . Take some black cohosh tea. Not too much a couple of cups. Do that for 3 days, then stop. Lemon juice is not friendly to sperm. neither is vinegar ,but dilute it some . 1/2 and half with water. Use a lot of it.
Never make love when ovulateing unles you want the baby. Track those cycles! Lunaception is a great book . It's out of print but useful. You should know the date you conceived. Every woman should know how to detect ovulation . You just don't get around the man when you are ovulateing. Make an excuse.

The morning after pill. It's a dual dose. She will need to take both within 72 hrs of intercourse. And she needs to invest in some condoms for the future.

Your friend should have thought about the consequesnces before having unprotected sex it is not only the man responsibility to wear a condom but the womans to also use foam, birth control pills or whatever it takes.
If your friend thinks she is responsible enough to open her legs and have sex then she should have had safe sex, is she unaware of how easily Std's can be transmitted?
Tell your friend to go to her local hospital and get the morning after pill.

ecp emergency contraception pills are available...You should always take ECPs as soon as you can after having unprotected sex (sex without using birth control), but they can work up to five days later.
Plan B (progestin-only) was recently approved to be sold over-the-counter to women who are 18 years of age or older. Women under the age of 18 will need a prescription.
The sooner you take emergency contraception after sex, the better your chances it will work.
There is a full list of the different types of ecp's on the website listed below....
Good Luck!

There is the " morning after" pill.

you can buy it at any womens health clinic.

as for ways to kill the seamen, thats only possible out side of the vagina.

Once inside, there is nothing you can do, unless you have a diaphragm with spermicide on it... but if so, you wouldn't be in this situation.

Wow we are in an identical spot... it really is a severe in case you conceive 2 weeks in the previous your era's about to commence. yet, my gut instinct is to assert "you're fantastic,it appears like your probabilities of being prego are very very narrow... if any" yet i think like it truly is my duty to bypass on information i have realized in my modern being pregnant scare: Precum pregnancies- in spite of the undeniable fact that no longer ordinary- DO take position. often it really is from even as a guy in the previous ejaculates and does no longer flush out the uretha (by way of urination quite oftentimes) and then has pre-ejaculation fluid. in different words; ***, no flushing, precum... those cases are the optimal in risk for precum pregnancies. those hazards of pregnancies then get larger the in the direction of the cervix the sperm are deposited (finished penetration brings more effective chance than basically rubbing gentials rubbing adverse to at least one yet another).

Firstly men dont "accidentally" come inside a girl, they just do it.

not a lot she can do but douche and hope for the best and be more carefull next time, have him wear a condom,

anyone who has unprotected sex, outside of a stable relationship is NUTS these days ;) H

"Accidentally comes inside her"?

What's that? Like accidentally breaking and entering a house?

If this IS about your friend, and not you, then your friend is an idiot. I suggest she panics. It's what she deserves when condoms cost less than a $1.
