They have gang wars, deal dope in the street,and are very obtrusive -why dont they go home and put each other in cooking pots over there?

Which Somalians? They have obviously missed one important catch. You need to supply their names and yours to advoid missing anyone important! This way you solve the problems a)first by putting you in the pot, then b) being arrested. Western democracy is great in this way. The free market is efficient i.e the Somalians have a reason. The bureaucracy then gets mobilised because they now have a public image. The free press in UK will be on to it!!! There is a missing person found in a cooking pot and they cannot find any friends or relatives to identify the "meal". What a headline! How about doing this for glory and nation? What a way to go! Headline "Somalians Making A Meal of their Chow Mein" (Multicultural).
