I hate to break it to you but there is no surgery that will correct an onomatopoeia. You can continue wearing the adult diaper if you'd like, but I really don't see how that could help an onomatopoeia. What exactly is your onomatopoeia? I couldn't imagine one that would require you to wear a diaper.

This sort of surgery is painful, risky, and does not necessarily guarantee results. Diapers are your most viable solution.
