well! it depend on how long is your conduit?
You will have to do it section by section. First blunder the wires in away that you will have one section of the wire long from the other about 300mm and made sure that you have room for your wires to push through freely! After passing through the first section of the conduit now push it through the second section before you joint up the conduit. And so on for the rest of it, do the same for Conners and bends or junction boxs.

if it is already installed, tie a piece of foam to a string and then suck it to the next location with a shop vac. continue as needed until you get the string to where the wires need to go. if you have multiple conduit openings in a box seal off the others with duct tape so all of the suction works the conduit that you are working on. then use the string to pull the wires to where you need them to go. good luck, i hope this helps you out!

One added note. do NOT pull separate voltages through a signal conduit.
Examples.
Do not pull phone lines, coaxial cable, etc. through a conduit with either 220v or 110v. If it ever shorts across you could have a fire!

use a snake, its a Wire pulling tool, or put a string in first, before putting in conduit.
