I have always been quite big chested which has made them droopy over the years. However from christmas and what not I've put on a bit of excess weight which I intend to lose. Was wondering.. will my breasts become saggier if my overall body fat was decreased, "firm up" and go down in size themselves or what? Thanks in advance :)

it all depends on your skin, ageing and droopy boobs are all genetic, if your boobs are heavy then chances are they will droop. you cant exercise your boobs, because they arent muscle, its breast tissue and fat..u can exercise the muscles which support your breasts..but once them boobies have drooped though, no exercise on earth can lift them up, people with large breasts are never perky, believe me, i know..invest in some good bras, and improve your posture and enjoy your boobies...some gals would kill for them, droopy or not x

When people loose weight, a general weight loss from the entire body occurs. You can't really loose weight in only one place, much to some people's displeasure.

Some women just have droopier breasts then others. It's normal. If you loose weight, your breasts will probably reduce in size and may or may not droop less. I haven't read anything that said breasts get saggy with weight loss. If anything, the loss of weight may make them perkier. So you'll probably just end up with no change in droop, or an increase in perk.

Breasts are made up of part breast tissue and even more fat.
Mainly fat. If you have large breasts for a long time and your skin is not elastic enough, the skin will stay the same leaving the breast empty and sagging.
This happened to my sister and when she went for a breast reduction. The plastic surgeon would not do it until she had lost the weight that she wanted to because he said that he could make them perky and if she then lost more weight they would be back to what they were.
If you are young with fairly elastic skin you should not worry.

You can help reduce the affects of weight loss on sagginess through exercise but it can be a problem if you lose too much weight.

there is a big chance you will droop further im afraid, best thing to do is workout your chest muscles to minimise the drop. you do not have to go to a gym to do this. hold your hands together as if to clap, lift elbows level with breasts and repeatedly push hands together. this will not totaly fix the problem but believe me it helps

Not if you do exercises for your breasts. Like weights, ect. Depending on your age, you could get perky again. smile.

Sory - but saggy is the only way unless you have a lift.
