That no matter how bad my day might be, somewhere in the world there is someone who would be glad to trade places with me. Be grateful for what you have, and just remember, the bad will eventually pass.

not all and sundry is going to love you. whether you may actual say you're type and robust and there is not a foul bone on your physique, there'll nevertheless be somebody who can not stand you. So this is extra significant to love your self, and not care what those human beings think of.

Coming face to face with my fears when it's time to step off a familiar path and onto a new one. I had to overcome my not feeling worthy, or self doubt in order to fulfill dreams which I have set aside. Perhaps...at the time I didn't believe in myself. And when you do not belive in yourself, who will believe in you? Now, fear of what others think does not keep me from doing what's right for me because I have ''self love'' and that's all that really matters.

well the greatest lesson that i have learned is not to let anyone over-rule you because otherwise you wont be able to do anything in life and we only live once

love is the greatest healer of all and that you should never let hope die and even in times of ultimate pain look for the beauty and joys in life because if you look hard enough you can find them and they are sure to brighten up your day and put a smile on your face. they can give you the courage and strength to keep fighting.
