Joseph is right, and I don't think he's challenging the concept of evolution. Here we go with the correct but still unpopular answer.
In order for evolution to proceed you need genetic variation that is acted upon by natural selection. Natural selection dictates that less fit individuals will reproduce less (or not at all) than more fit individuals. Without natural selection THERE IS NO EVOLUTION.
So, if you look at human beings, we've had the technology for centuries to assure that all humans (or at least a random sampling) reach adult reproductive age, regardless of fitness (those 6 billion people out there must be proof of that). Hence there is no natural selection in human populations, hence there is no evolution in human populations.
Human technologies may evolve, but humans as a species have stopped undergoing biological evolution long ago.

Humans don't really evolve.
In case you haven't noticed, there has never been more than a single species of human beings in recorded history anywhere in the world. Our organs and tissues are far too complex and interconnected to change without the change being destructive.
All of our supposed ancestors (homo erectus, australapithicenes, etc.) are all theoretical and assumed to be steps in evolution but could just as easily have been the result of inbreeding of homo-sapiens.
So in 1 million years, we're very likely to either be all dead or about the same as we are now.

Hmm..thats a nice question! Thats possible, anything is possible. And i think that people may become so much intelligent that they will be able to find out how they can go on the planets not yet discovered, or fly into another universe....or even find a planet where they will be able to live, like Earth....well there are thousands of possibilities...and i guess each one has his/her own opinion. Simply, we can't see the future!

So Joseph you think we live today as we did 2000 years ago, or have we "improved" evolved our way of life through the years, come on. Maybe you're still riding camels but I'm not. So you probably don't believe in dinosoar's either, right, the evidence is real. Evolution is real just as birds have evolved so have we.

In a million years, the Earth will probably be starting over again from dust. That is assuming the half-life of all the nuclear fallout allows for it.

Evolution most certainly will continue....here are a few probable outcomes of further evolution:
*the average height of humans would reach 2 metres.
*nails and pubic hair will become vestigial(because they wouldnt be required anymore)
*humans will be smarter, internal reactions like chemical processes and reaction time will be faster and more efficient.
*demarcation between the various races will be lessened...(as in skin colour and certain features of the face)
*other unique features may be developed in defence against various environmental changes....

i dunno how exactly, it depends on how mates choose each other, for example, females tend to like guys full of muscles and brains, guys like females with slender bodies and beautiful voices etc etc.
I guess we will become more smarter, and there will be more females.
Our evolution is happening as i'm typing, its a slow process because we do not reproduce like bacteria (once every 20 minutes)

we will go through evolution, but doesn't mean that we will have certain characteristic that is improve.since you asking about future ,you should go to fortune teller ,maybe they have the answer for you.
