I wonder if I can tight my neck to stop toxcin travelling to my heart ? ------> How can I breath ?

If I couldn't what would I do ?

The snake would not have got a good bite on your head.So not much venom would have got in.Even otherwise stay cool as if, it is a non-poisonous one.That itself will make you more resistant.
Try to suck the poison out by somebody.Take treatment as soon as possible.
Do not panic.Remember that staying cool will save you or at least will prolong consciousness till you get treatment.

If my head was bitten by a snake, well, if the poison was serious enough to kill me my last words would be less-than-poetic.

Your theory about tightening your neck to stop the poison from reaching your heart has but one serious flaw; if you stop the flow of blood to your heart, you die.

Your best hope would probably be to seek immediate medical attention. Having the poison sucked out would likely be a good idea, too. As would not letting any poisonous snakes get near your head... But I bet you've already thought of that one.
