Thought your question is kind of quizzical I will assume your trying to be funny...but ill answer anyways. No...they do not open the windows on the International Space Station to clean it out. Doing such a thing would cause everything inside the Space Station to be sucked out into space which would include the astronauts.....and this would be fatal...Hope this answer quells your thirst for knowledge.

Cute. That'd be one way of doing it. But the danger with that is, everything put into orbit can potentially come zinging back and puncture a hole through the hull of the ship. There are all kinds of trash floating around in space from manned and unmanned vehicles and NASA actually keeps track of every last nut and bolt winging its way around the globe, as well as the things that are out there that are supposed to be out there.
