If you think you're stressed, and it sounds like you may be, then take a breather for awhile. Do things you like to do, put off stuff that doesn't HAVE to be done immediately. A little you time is in order. If you like getting facials, get one. If you like watching movies with a bowl of chips, do it. Some personal you time should help out if you're depressed, too. Try meditating and observing beauty in something (nature, artwork).
Also, if you're stressed/depressed and it keeps up find out what's causing it. Try to treat the cause as well as the symptom. If you're stressed because someone's treating you like crap, confront them about it. If you're stressed because of too much work, try to lighten your load.
I hope you start to feel better soon, honey. Being stressed/depressed isn't fun.

If you've felt this way for longer than a couple of weeks, you should probably see a doctor, because you may be experiencing some sort of chemical imbalance or psychological disorder. I've had similar feelings for most of my life due to a strange combination of ADHD, clinical depression, and genralized anxiety disorder. Also, if you're still in your teen years, you could be experiencing that oh-so-wonderful thing called teenaged angst. If that's the case, throw on some Nirvana and scream into your pillow. We all go through it...

It could just be your hormones, they do weird and wonderful things to our female bodies.
But if you continue to have negative feelings for over a few days or weeks, go and see the Dr.
Also, getting more sunshine, Vitamin D, from it helps to make a person feel better.
Do something for you today, and see if that helps. Focus on good things, count your blessings, think of only happy thoughts, and act on them. This always helps. If not, see your Dr. you may be slipping into a depression that needs med.s. Seeing your Dr. will help to put your mind at ease also.

You could be going through the BLUES. Small, infrequent bouts of depression that happen to about 58% of the population of the world. If it lasts more than a few days, or if you feel yourself sinking more into that sad, angry feeling, ask to see a doctor. Depression is a serious thing and therapy can help.
I wish you smiles and good luck!

Sounds like you are on an emotional rollercoaster. Here are some of the possible causes;
diet sensitivities (allergy, glucose intolerance, etc),
allergy (pollens, chemicals in the atmosphere, pollution),
coming down off a "drug" such as codiene, pseudoephedrine, alcohol, caffiene, "weed", various drugs, naturopathic (herbal) remedies, and mood altering substances,
hormonal imbalance, and
liver problems.
My suggestion would be to discuss how you feel with your Doctor.

Depending on how long you've felt like this, it could be a very mild case of depression.
It could also be something as simple as you aren't getting enough regulated sleep or your blood sugar is unstable.
Talk to your doctor. Only (s)he can give you a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Could be a hormonal imbalance. I'd suggest seeing a Dr if the feeling continues or if it reoccurs often.

Just find something to occupy your free time and attention. When you're busy, you aren't busy thinking how depressing everything is. If that doesn't interest you for long, then take notice of others and think of what you can do for them.
