No. There are a lot of awful people who don't receive what they deserve, while there are a lot of peaceful people who receive hardships beyond comparison.
Karma is a selfish belief.

In Karma conception, dangerous karma are not able to be defeated through doing well karmas. The account for dangerous karmas are separate. And the account of well karmas are separate. The results of karma are not able to be mitigated. It should be loved or suffered. There is a Sanskrit Sloka: "Avasyam anubhogthavyam kritham karma subha asubham; naa bhugtham ksheeyathe karma kalpa koti sathairapi". Meaning; We must suffer the results of our karmas, if it is well or dangerous. No karma gets erased through doing different deeds. Sometime we will have to believe that we aren't doing and that nature is bringing the sort of condition to drive us to take a usual path to adopt that motion. There is a pronouncing in Mahanarayana Upanishad: "Kamokarsheet Manyurakarsheet Namo Namah". It is an intricate factor, which I don't wish to give an explanation for right here. Those who understand can fully grasp.

I believe in Karma.
But the "3 fold" back thing is not part of Karma.
Karma is; when you do something wrong, you'll have to do something right to make up for it.
Karma is learning lessons in this life, in the hopes that you be so good, you won't have to come back to this Earth/plane/existense.
You will have many lessons to learn, and many lives to live to learn the lessons before you don't have to come back.
NO SUCH THING AS 3 FOLD in Karma.

absolutley. but the definition of nasty and wrong vary so much, that the return becomes clouded.
for me, Karma is more like that movie called "Pay it Forward". One kind act is like a rock dropped in a pond - it's positive effects ripple on. Same for an unkind act.
So it's not necessarily like "if I give you a dollar, then I get 3 back somhow". It's more like "if I give you a dollar so you can eat, then in turn you do something positive for someone else, and then then do something positive for someone else . . . ".

on occasion i do but really, no. when i'm wronged by someone i find it very difficult to let it go. if i really believed in karma i wouldn't feel so victimised because i'd be able to trust in some kind of justice.

i dont believe in the specifics... i think thats bad for almost any religion... however i firmly belive that bad things always find a way to come back around. As for the good deeds, it definately makes you feel better about yourself
